Our Services

  • From concept to completion—every detail handled.

Our signature, start-to-finish service for homeowners taking on a renovation and want a thoughtfully designed home without the overwhelm of managing it themselves.

From early concepts through final install, Heather KW Styles serves as your creative lead and project partner — shaping layouts, sourcing materials, coordinating with your contractor and trades, and styling the finished space.

You weigh in on the major decisions that shape your home; we handle everything else.

  • Elevated interiors with no major renovation required.

For the homes that don't need to be torn apart — but absolutely deserve to be transformed. HKWS curates the full picture: furniture, lighting, textiles, art, and the finishing details most people forget.

When a space needs more than a furniture update and needs fresh paint, wallpaper, window treatments, hardware — we coordinate those too. You bring the home; we bring the vision, the sourcing, and the install.

  • The foundation of a well-designed space.

Clear, to-scale drawings that take the guesswork out of building.

Styles measures, drafts, and documents your space — producing the floor plans, elevations, and detail drawings your contractor, architect, or trades need to price accurately and build without surprises.

Whether you're planning a renovation, working through a new build, or finally putting real drawings to a long-held idea, this is the work that turns intention into a buildable plan.

  • Strategic design guidance for confident, well-informed decisions.

‍This consulting-based service is available to a small group of clients each quarter. This service provides prioritized access to Heather KW Styles for strategic design guidance, second opinions, and high-level decision support — without committing to a full-service design package.

  • Design-forward staging that sells.

Tailored for homeowners, agents, and developers, we style each home with curated furnishings and thoughtful details that highlight its best features. With a refined aesthetic and strategic approach, we create inviting homes that captivate potential buyers and sell faster.

  • "Heather has an incredible talent for seeing how a space can and should function"

She understands how people really move through their homes and designs accordingly, which is so refreshing. Aside from being an all-around great person to work with, she's got a real gift for interior design. I feel really lucky to have had her on our project!

    -Project Los Alamos

  • "Heather is a rare find!"

“Of course she is abundantly talented with design, but she is also a rockstar with operations and project management. From a construction perspective, we love working on projects with Heather because we know that materials will be ordered and delivered on time, things will be functionally and aesthetically well designed, and the outcome for our clients will be amazing and beautiful. From a character perspective,….Heather will do right by her clients and the project. Her communication skills are like a secret weapon for project success! If you’ve ever met us, we probably went on a rant talking about how great she is.”

    - Five Walnut Construction

  • "We are thrilled to be living in a space that is beautiful and still very functional."

“What an experience! What started off with wanting to simply paint the exterior somehow turned into a complete remodel including land and hardscapes (we may have thrown in a pool as well 😊). Every room was touched, top to bottom front to back. Heather was clear and straight forward in describing the design process. We expressed our (very vague) design preferences and that translated into a cohesive and beautiful vision for our home including options for every piece of furniture. Heather also helped manage installation and contractors. We couldn’t be happier with the process, or the outcome. Go HKWS!”

    - Project Clark

  • "I don't have adequate words to express my gratitude for Heather's skills, communication, attitude and talent!"

“I needed assistance with my very first home which needed a complete renovation and I desperately needed professional help to take it from "full of potential" to "dream home." Heather gave me lots of homework to do so she could get a feel for who I was, what I liked and didn't like and asked so many questions to help me get thinking about what I wanted to achieve. That work upfront paid off tremendously as she quickly understood what I wanted and then took it to the next level for me! Her insights, eye for detail, creativity, and style have made my place not only look fabulous, but it feels like a home which was really important to me.”

    - Project Beckstamesa

  • "Heather, is a MAGICIAN"

“While a home renovation is daunting, we knew our home was in good hands from our very first meeting. Heather did an excellent job combining our styles and ensuring that all our wants/needs for this reno were achieved. Our maze-like kitchen was transformed into a beautiful open and welcoming space (with the cutest coffee bar & laundry room)! We have loved sharing our new space with our family and friends! Thank you Heather for all the time and effort you put into our home, we are forever grateful! “

    - Project Sinta

  • "I can not say enough about Heather and her incredible company."

“She has transformed my beauty business from shabby-not-so-chic into a Modern Glamorous Beauty Destination for all our wonderful clients. She took everything I was dreaming and added amazing concepts I could never come up with on my own. Not only does she design the space she also thinks of practical ways to make it the most functional while giving options to splurge on things and save in other areas while making it all look high end. We did it in 3 phases after reworking new spaces and getting rid of old spaces. It looks so cohesive, like it was planned at the same time!. It was such an enjoyable experience working with Heather, I miss her and can't wait for our next project together. I get compliments multiple times per day and give all the credit to this incredibly talented woman!”

    - Project LML

  • "What I love most about Heather’s design is how comfortably and effortlessly we can relax with friends in our spaces"

“We hired Heather to help us select the furnishings and finishing elements for our back patio and outdoor dining area following a whole-yard renovation. What emerged from our collaboration was a sophisticated and cozy lounge area as well as a minimalistic and modern outdoor dining space. Heather was willing to consult on every element, from the rugs to the sofas to the vintage refurbished elements. She even sourced the modern light pendants that we spotted in a restaurant, which ended up being perfect over our 10-person custom oak dining table. Our home was in the regional garden show just after Heather finished and the hundreds of folks who passed through were super enthusiastic about just how well-designed and engaging our outdoor spaces are.”

    - Project Riviera

  • "We are so happy we brought in Heather to consult with us to make our house a home!"

“Heather came in to consult with us about our kitchen and bathroom remodels. My husband and I decided to design the rooms ourselves but knew we need a professional’s opinion. Heather came in with great ideas to bring our design from amateur to professional. The samples she brought in and the suggestions she made gave us confidence in our design.”

    - Project Tipps

  • "Heather is my go-to for all my design needs."

“Without her consultation I would have made some horrible mistakes in my kitchen renovation, but her eye for aesthetics paired with function resulted in the remodel of my dreams that is perfect for my family’s needs. I won’t do another project without her!”

    - Project Pine Crest Kitchen

  • "Our guests consistently rave about the design."

“Heather helped us furnish and style our airbnb, and it turned out better than we ever could have imagined. She took care of just about everything from bed frames to throw blankets and plants so we didn’t have to stress about which furniture and accessories to purchase. After our inspiration and alignment meeting, we simply gave her a budget to work with and let her do her thing.”

    - Project Walnut Cabin

  • "Love, love, LOOOOVE my new ‘home’."

“A complete renovation was done inside & outside. Heather KILLED it!  She enthusiastically took my skeletal vision & brought forth my ‘sanctuary from the world’. Her creativity, use of color, balance, vision, & expertise envelopes my home.  Thank you from the bottom of my heart Heather! “

    - Project La Palma

  • "Her collaborative nature and spot-on taste made the planning process quite fun!"

“We can’t thank Heather enough for her care and immaculate attention to detail in managing our kitchen/laundry room and bathroom remodel. We especially appreciated her ability to effectively communicate our needs and timeline to the contractors kept the project (and our sanity) in check. We are so in love with our new space and are looking forward to future collaborations with her!”

    - Project Lees

  • "I cannot thank her enough for making our exterior transformation come to life!"

“We used Heather for her In Person Consultation Service and I cannot recommend her more! She came to our home and walked our property discussing all of our wants, concerns and overall outcome we were trying to achieve. She took her time, used the full two hours and immediately started creating and giving us ideas and direction on how to achieve the remodel we wanted! She left us feeling inspired and confident! Shortly after our consultation we received an email breaking down everything we discussed, her design ideas and an execution plan. She also created mood boards to further guide us and give us a visual. Heather answered any questions I had along the way and was beyond helpful!”
